This practice encourages movement exploration to help dancers of all levels to discover new ways of moving and confronting the sometimes intimidating idea of improvisation. Through verbal and visual cues, this class will stimulate outward thinking, reanalysis of dance technique, our human anatomy, all while connecting to our comfort-dance. Expect to feel good and let go in this judgement-free space.
