Sara’s class focuses on bringing our lived experiences to the forefront of our movement. We will build trust and strength in our bodies and investigate what it means to be expansive in our tiny spaces. Their class incorporates moments of technique-based phrases, floorwork, and improvisation to discover new movement patterns and practice moving boldly and unapologetically. Sara welcomes all levels of dancers to join and move from their spirit with love.
