Fridays 4:30pm-5:30pm PT

(Ongoing classes, student may join at any session.)

Valerie enjoys pulling from her diverse movement background to create combinations of varying jazz styles that are dynamic and inspired by both music and storytelling. Class begins with a warm up that is structured to build strength and integrate the body so that later, when learning choreography, it is prepared to execute the unique demands of dance. The class is meant to motivate and inspire students to explore artistic expression and step out of their comfort zone while improving technical skills.
